Selima Contract Extension

Tender description

On 7th August 2003, Selima Limited ('The Contractor') and Bristol City Council ("The Council") entered into a Contract in respect of the supply of a Payroll System and Associated Support Services ("The Contract"), which was varied on 20th March 2012 by a 'Deed of Variation and Extension'. The parties agree to amend the Contract as detailed below: Annual Licence and Support fee - in consideration for the continued payment of the annual licence and support fee of £266,610 , The Contract is hereby extended for a further 12 months from 1st July 2017 to 30th June 2018. Further, The Council reserves the right to extend The Contract to 30th June 2019 by providing written notice not later than 31st March 2018 and continued payment of the annual licence and support fee. All other terms are unchanged.
