Thirteen Group are seeking a single service provider to undertake Security Services and associated dutiesrelating to the provision of a twenty-four hour, seven days a week, 365 366 days per year service to attendrequested locations, Thirteen buildings/properties or open site spaces on a programmed or ad-hoc requestbasis. The duties required for the contract are in the form of static and mobile patrols (rapid response) to dealwith Anti-Social behavior or site issues, monitoring response and attendance to intruder, fire and panic alarmsand joint visit requirements, Access and egress supervision-including 24hr emergency out of hours, Key HoldingOpening and locking of Buildings and access gates.
