Tender description

The contract comprises site clearance of all waste materials and out-buildings situated on a former Waste Transfer Station / Skip Site at Nantyglo. Specifically, the successful Contractor will be required to: a) excavate the waste material from stockpiles, static lorry trailers, skips and outbuildings located around the site, load in suitable vehicles and transport to approved and licenced facilities; b) during the excavation the Contractor will be required to provide a watching brief to segregate any potential hazardous material; c) to remove the stockpiles of tyres situated around the site, load into suitable vehicles and transport to an approved and licenced facility; d) demolish existing outbuilding(s)including ground slab and dispose of all materials off site to an approved and licenced facility; e) breakup and dispose of all vehicles / trailers located around the site to an approved facility / scrap yard; The contract comprises site clearance of all waste materials and out-buildings situated on a former Waste Transfer Station / Skip Site at Nantyglo.
