Tender description

Drammen kommune shall enter into a framework agreement for printing services. It has been decided that Drammen, Svelvik and Nedre Eiker kommune shall merge to one municipality in 2020. Consequently Nedre Eiker and Svelvik kommune will be included in this Framework Agreement. Printing services consist primarily of digital and offset printing (brochures, catalogues, various reports, flyers, business cards and similar). The value of the procurement is anticipated to be 1 500 000 NOK excluding VAT per year and is based on the current situation. The assignment quantity varies, but the municipal merger can potentially trigger a larger need for printing services. The tenderer must therefore be able to handle a larger quantity of assignments than the annual estimated value implies. The Contracting Authority has set requirement for a maximum of two hours driving from Drammen Town Hall to the tenderer’s location (where the production takes place). Further justification for the requirement is stated under point 4 “Qualification Requirement for the service provider” in the tender documentation.
