Tender description

The Northern Ireland Housing Executive (NIHE) is the regional strategic social housing authority for Northern Ireland and invites tenders for the supply and delivery of shower and mobility products. Throughout the contract, the Housing Executive will measure and manage the Contractor’s performance using Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) as detailed in the Specification. The Housing Executive reserves the right to manage poor performance in accordance with Procurement Guidance Note 01/12, including any amendments and updates issued by the Central Procurement Directorate of Northern Ireland.
