NEPO seeks to procure a Framework Agreement for Gas Supply. The purpose of this PIN is to provide prior information to the market on the intentions of NEPO to procure such a Framework Agreement. This Notice also provides an open invite to Market Consultation meetings. NEPO intend to hold Market Consultation meetings with suppliers prior to this procurement project. The Market Consultation meetings are advertised openly using this Notice. Attendance at Market Consultation meetings is optional and attendance does not provide a supplier an advantage in any manner. Attendance does not constitute a supplier's intention to tender. NEPO seeks to procure a Framework Agreement for Gas Supply. The Framework Agreement will include the purchasing of gas via a Fully Flexible methodology. The Framework Agreement will also include provisions for assisting Member Authorities to reduce consumption and support their energy efficiency aims. The current NEPO Framework Agreement consumes approximately 26 500 000 Therms per annum over approximately 3500 sites.
