The purpose of this tender exercise was to select a service provider whose delivery of a high quality vascular ultrasound service represented value for money combined with the ability to identify and implement service efficiencies across the trust. The procurement was for the provision of vascular ultrasound services which are provided on an inpatient and outpatient basis across the 4 sites of The Pennine Acute Hospitals NHS Trust, namely North Manchester General Hospital, Royal Oldham Hospital, Rochdale Infirmary and Fairfield General Hospital (Bury).
