Tender description
The aim of this exercise is to conduct initial pre-procurement market testing in relation to procurement of a resident’s survey. Warrington Borough Council is looking at undertaking borough-wide research engagement with its residents. We would like to conduct a survey which asks residents’ their general views and perceptions towards the Council and the services it provides, views about the local area, and about their quality of life.
