Market Engagement Event for the procurement of Orthodontics across Birmingham.

North of England Commissioning Support (NECS) are working in partnership with Arden and Greater East Midlands Commissioning Support Unit, for and on behalf of the NHS England - West Midlands commissioning team who wish to host a market engagement event to discuss the procurement of Orthodontics across Birmingham. The event will take place between 6pm and 8.30pm on Wednesday 5th September at: Lecture Theatre Birmingham Dental Hospital 5 Mill Pool Way Birmingham B5 7EG We would like to use this event to support any potential bidders with understanding the procurement process. This facilitated event will primarily focus on, but is not limited to: - The Orthodontics Needs Assessment for orthodontics, - Outline of Service Specification, - Explaining the Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS), - Application support. NHS England is committed to improving services and has an opportunity to improve, re-develop and re-commission the current orthodontics pathways. GDPs, specialist orthodontists and secondary care dental service providers are cordially invited to attend. Refreshments will be provided.
