Trivallis are seeking to appoint an experienced contractor to deliver Level Access Wet Rooms as per design and OT recommendations. The successful contractor will be required to undertake services comprising of: The supply and fit of wet rooms as per designs and specifications supplied by Contour/Trivallis. A referral from an Occupational Therapist will also be included which will give details on any specialist toilets and mounting heights of grabrail etc. Trivallis is looking to complete approx. 45 properties, with an envisaged 3 to 4 properties completed per week depending on costs. Please note that additional properties may be awarded during the lifetime of the contract at the clients discretion. The works will be carried out at properties owned by Trivallis, situated in the geographical area of the Rhondda Cynon Taff. This tender exercise is intended to assist Trivallis in selecting a suitable partner to deliver the required services. It is the intention of Trivallis to appoint a single supplier to deliver these services. Each and every works order will require a Construction Phase Plan is accordance with the CDM
