Tender description

University of Wolverhampton offices requires a Framework of specialist legal services supplier(s) which can support its internal Legal team, and can provide high quality (value for money) services using up-to-date methods of work whilst ensuring compliance with current and evolving legal standards and regulations in the following areas (Lots): — Commercial, Contracts, Intellectual Property, — Information Governance, — Property and Construction, — Employment and Pensions, — Education, — Company, Governance and Charity. Each Lot will have 3 Suppliers on that are ranked. Subsequent call off contracts will be awarded on a ranked basis. If the first ranked supplier is unable to deliver the services, the second supplier will be approached etc. The opportunity will also be available for use by other Public bodies in Wolverhampton and Partner authorities in the West Midlands Combined Authority, including but not limited to, City of Wolverhampton Council and Royal Wolverhampton Hospital Trust.
