Integrated Reception System (IRS) - Maintenance & Support

Blackpool Coastal Housing (BCH) conducted a tender for the provision of a maintenance contract for the integrated reception system (IRS) within the borough of Blackpool. The successful contractor will provide day-to-day maintenance of the IRS, predominantly consisting of unplanned repairs work (mainly minor jobs) which will be notified to the successful bidder on a daily basis, usually initiated by a request from the client’s property services department during operational including the provision of an out of hours (24 hour) emergency service. We have also upgraded these schemes as well however; there are still a few passive systems that need upgrading which will be done over the next three years. During the course of the contract, the contractor will be expected to carry out the following: • Out of Hours emergency • Respond to call out requests as required • Monthly KPI reporting
