Ideally the smart thermostat will also provide the landlord with background data on occupancy levels, potential for damp and trends in energy use. Communication with the resident through the device would be a preferred function. We require a competent heating installer to procure and install the 100 Smart Thermostats in identified Optivo properties in St Leonards. Each bidder should provide a quote for 100 Smart Thermostats: - Initial purchase from supplier - Installation of thermostats - 2 years manufacturer support and maintenance including dashboard for monitoring.
