The contract is for the provision of a Wellbeing Space and Support Service that will operate in the Inner South (LS10/11) and Inner East (LS8/9) areas of Leeds. The service will have two elements (Wellbeing Space) which will provide a physical place for residents to access, with a particular focus on identified target communities and populations and (Wellbeing Support) which will provide outreach into communities with risk factors for poor mental health that are not currently engaged,
