Groundwork Greater Nottingham is seeking to procure additional resource to contribute towards the Towards Work Programme in Greater Nottingham. This opportunity is to employ work coaches and a hub coordinator to proved End to End Employability support to vulnerable and disadvantaged people. This is a voluntary OJEU notification. Groundwork Greater Nottingham are seeking to procure additional resource to contribute to the Building Better Opportunities Towards Work Programme within Greater Nottingham. The opportunity is to employ work coaches and a hub coordinator to provide End to End Employability support. This will include: — Supporting, training and supervising a number of Work Coaches focusing on employment support, — Enabling participants to play a role in their own employability journey, — Active involvement in the Towards Work Partnership Delivery Board, — Ability to manage, with the participant, a Personal Budget, in order to support the chances of securing employment. This is a voluntary OJEU notification.
