Worcestershire County Council ('the Council') is establishing a dynamic purchasing system ('the DPS') to identify additional suitable Service Providers to deliver The Provision Of Training Programmes For Young People Aged 16-18yrs (Up to 24yrs With Educational Health Care Plan) Who Are, Or Are At Risk Of, NEET (Not in Education, Employment or Training) In Worcestershire and/or Herefordshire. The training programmes are for eligible 16-18 year old young people (up to 24yrs With Educational Health Care Plan), to enable them to progress into further education, apprenticeships or skilled employment aligned to Raising the Participation Age.
