Tender description

Huntingdonshire District Council is seeking an agreement for the provision of Cash Collection, Cash in Transit Services and Cash Processing Services including delivery of cheques to the Council’s bank cheque processing centre (currently Nat West). The services to be provided will comprise of the secure collection, processing and consolidation and onward depositing of negotiable and non-negotiable money to high street banks, nominated cash receiving facilities, or other suitable receiving locations as specified. As part of the service, accurate records are required to be maintained, from which various reports and management information shall be presented. Cash Collections are from various premises or buildings; cash offices, leisure centres, country parks and car park machines. The competition will be split into lots. The first of which will consist of the councils headquarters and 6 leisure centres, while the second will consist of the various car parks that the council manages.
