Contract for Commercialisation of Northamptonshire County Council Assets (Concession Contract)

Tender description

Northamptonshire County Council (NCC) (The "Authority") wishes to invite Tenders for the supply of services in respect of Commercialisation of Northamptonshire County Council Assets. The Authority is seeking to secure an advertising/sponsorship provider to enable commercialisation of the Authority's assets. With a property portfolio of nearly 200 sites, and approx. 150 roundabouts across Northamptonshire this presents a sizeable opportunity. Assets in scope as potential sites for advertising opportunities include: - Office buildings - Training and professional development buildings - Car parks at Country Parks - Libraries - School sites - Household Waste Recycling Centres - Land ownerships adjacent to heavy traffic flow - Roundabouts - Verges Bus Shelter advertising is out of scope of this exercise. The potential provider will seek, secure and administer the third party advertising/sponsorship at no cost to the Authority.
