Hereford and Worcester Fire Authority, in collaboration with Shropshire Fire Authority. Require a single contract for the provision of an Integrated Communications Control System (ICCS) service to integrate telephony- both emergency and non-emergency calls and radio traffic into a single interface across the 2 authorities.
