Canteen and catering services

Tender description

Catering services accessible by staff, the Judiciary, Advocates, other Court Users, the general public and enable ushers/witness service to assist witnesses and jurors to purchase. The Catering service provided must provide a light snack (e.g. a sandwich, drink and snack) that will be no more than the jurors’ subsistence allowance (currently 5,71 GBP). The contractor will have use of the facilities within the court. The Catering services are to be provided for on a nil subsidy basis and all revenue generated is kept by the contractor. Contractors are free to express an interest in any of the 4 locations. Catering services accessible by staff, the Judiciary, Advocates, other Court Users, the general public and enable ushers/witness service to assist witnesses and jurors to purchase. The catering services need to be able to be offered to Juror’s in Retirement, with arrangements made through the Court Usher. Very occasionally the Judiciary hold small events to be catered for by the Contractor. The contractor will have use of the facilities within the court. The Catering services are to be provided for on a nil subsidy basis and all revenue generated is kept by the contractor. Contractors are free to express an interest in any of the 4 locations.
