Tender description

This is a call-off from the LGSS Construction Consultancy Framework. This call is to provide project management support and help develop a 'design and build specification for tender' for the build a new civic hub/council offices for 350 staff and 61 elected members who will visit the building for meetings and occasional drop in working.
