Tender description
SYFR has appointed a multi-disciplinary consultancy provider to manage all related professional services throughout the RIBA life cycle of the project. The project will run under 2-Stage design and build and the appointed Consultant will be appointed under an NEC3 Professional services contract. The consultant will be expected to work with an appointed Contractor on the designs at the appropriate stage and to remain employed by SYFR throughout the programme and not novate to the Contractor.
