Tender description

bpha are seeking a solution to index and assist with the identification and retrieval of personal data throughout our unstructured documents. These are largely in our network drives. The solution should provide an audit trail, but ultimately is intended to improve our compliance with the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR). This is intended to help with aged files and retention periods, but also with meeting Data Subject Rights, e.g. Right to Access (or Subject Access Requests). If your company is interested, please register your company details with the bpha Procurement Portal: https://in-tendhost.co.uk/bphalimited/aspx/Home. Please note that you will need to register in order to view the tender documents and once registered you do not need to wait for a confirmation e-mail - you should be able to log straight on back in. Once logged on go to the tenders tab at the top of the page > current tenders > view details > express an interest, and then if you select the 'ITT' tab you should be able to download and view the tender documents.
