Tender description
The Section for Medical Microbiology in Drammen shall enter into a contract for the procurement of 1 seeding machine for bacteriological samples, with an option for 1 further instrument. The seeding machine is the first link in the automation of routine operations on a long term basis. The equipment unit shall be able to carry out marking, sewing and sorting of liquid sample materials for bacteriological growth, as well as at a later date other types of microbiological samples and the addition of several modules. Tenderers are asked to state which modules / functionalities can be connected to the equipment today and which are planned for the future. The Section for Medical Microbiology currently carries out approx. 90 000 bacteriological analyses in Drammen.
