"This document details the specification required for targeted cell lineage separation within the Authority for use within NHSBT Diagnostic Functions. NHSBT must to be able to perform targeted cell lineage separation: 1) To ensure that NHSBT meet its legal duties and complies with all regulatory and internal quality procedures for diagnostic testing; 2) To ensure best value for money. Manufacturers will have a proven track record in a similar environment to the Authority and any equipment/ reagents must be validated before by the service before use. All suppliers will be assessed against a standardised set of evaluation criteria prior to the equipment being accepted for use within the service. If a company tendering fails to meet an Essential (Must) criteria of this specification then Authority reserves the right to reject the tender without further consideration/ assessment."
