Lot 1: On-Campus Banking Service The lease of the on-campus Bank Branch consists of the exclusive right to occupy the sole On-Campus Banking retail outlet for the purpose of operating a bank branch for the benefit of the University community. The successful tenderer will be awarded the right to be the only financial institution present at the registration of students. The right to operate up to 2 ATM machines onsite is also included as part of these requirements. Lot 2: Provision of Banking Services The maintenance of bank accounts, handling of paper and electronic transactions, cash processing and other activities associated with the university’s banking business.
