High Peak Borough Council are inviting expressions of interest for delivery of the ‘Access to the Private Rented Sector’ project within the High Peak area from suitably qualified and experienced organisations with a proven track record of delivering similar services. The underlying aim and focus of the role is to prevent and address homelessness through provision of Rent Bond and tenancy support and a pre- tenancy training programme known as ‘Prepare to Place’. This exercise is being managed through the Council's E-tendering system via the West Midlands Improvement and Efficiency Portal.
