Tender description
To work in close and effective partnership with adults with learning disability and their family /carers and with a wide range of local partners, including the council, to provide employment support to 110 adults with learning disability each year so that 55 people start a job and 55 people participate in employment skills development relevant to their job plans. For Lot A, each year 110 new people (different to those in previous years; some of whom receive long-term social care and some who do not) have a vocational profile completed each year and that 55 start a competitive paid real job with an employer, 28 of whom remain in post for 3 months and 22 for 12 months. To directly deliver support and skills development.
