Lincolnshire County Council is looking for expressions of interest from suppliers who are able to provide a fully permitted/ licenced and staffed household waste recycling centre (HWRC) situated within the Horncastle and Coningsby area of Lincolnshire. The supplier is also to provide the management of this HWRC. The supplier shall be expected to retain and make arrangements for the disposal of some waste streams. The suppliers proposed HWRC must be fully operational with all staff, licences, permits and permissions in place for the contract commencement date of 1.4.2019.
