Tender description

Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council's existing waste disposal contract expires on 31.3.2020 and the kerbside collection and treatment contract expires on the same day. The Council is seeking new contracts for these services and is undertaking a soft market testing exercise during September / October 2018 to discuss all aspects of the future contracts. The soft marketing testing will consist of a series of one to one meetings with the Council and interested organisations. If you wish to take part in the soft market testing exercise please can you express an interest via the Council's e-tendering portal www.the-chest.org.uk by no later than 5:00 pm on Tuesday 28.8.2018. The Council will then contact those organisations that have expressed an interest to arrange a meeting. In addition, the Council will provide an information pack to interested parties as part of the soft market testing process.
