Provision of an Emotional Health and Well Being Service for Looked After Children, Care Leavers, Extended Care leavers and Carers in Halton. Halton Borough Council is seeking a suitable provider to deliver the provision of Children and Young People’s Emotional Health & Wellbeing Service (CYEHWB) for Looked After Children, Carer Leavers, Extended Care Leavers (age 21-24), Carers, and Professionals (e.g. Delivery of evidence based support and treatment). Halton Borough Council believes co-ordinated services should be provided in ways in which children and young people feel safe, build their resilience, so that they are offered evidence-based interventions and care, drawing on the expertise and engagement of all the key agencies involved in looked after children, care leavers and extended care leavers. Halton Borough Council believes services for children, young people, care leavers and extended care leavers (age 21-24) should place them and their carers at the heart of everything they do.
