Leeds Beckett University are currently out for tender for the provision of Undergraduate and Postgraduate Prospectuses. Suppliers that would like to take part in this tender process are invited to Express Interest upon which they will be given access to the full tender documentation delivery through this etendering system. The deadline for submissions of the tender will be 12:00pm, 15.8.2017. Please allow sufficient time to make your return as late returns will not be permitted. Any questions relating to this tender should be made via correspondence on the website. The University produces one flagship publication a year for our undergraduate target market and eight subject specific publications for our post graduate target market. The prospectus publications are widely distributed in the UK and overseas promoting the University and our portfolio of courses. These publications often provide the first impression of our University and as our “shop window” to prospective target audiences require high quality, professional printing and binding. They are essential for our student recruitment and business needs as a higher educational institution. This contract is for the printing, fulfilment, storage and delivery of our University prospectuses. The supplier must be able to: — print the prospectus publications, — print a personalised covering letter, package the letter and prospectus and mail to UK and overseas addresses, — package prospectuses in boxes and pallets and provide storage, — mail out individual prospectuses and deliver boxes and pallets of prospectuses to UK addresses on an ad-hoc basis.
