Tender description

The Authority is seeking the construction of a facility on the Authority’s Stanmore Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital (RNOH) site. The site will be leased to the selected third party partner. The Development comprises three distinct functions which may be provided in a single or multiple buildings on a single site. The functions include an Independent Living Unit to be sublet back to RNOH, overnight residential accommodation for RNOH patient’s parents and carers also to be sublet back to RNOH and a step down patient hotel facility with rehabilitation services provided by the partner who will specify and operate the facility commercially.
