(NU/1400) Merz Court and Library AV Works (2 Lots)

Tender description

Newcastle University invites suppliers to bid for the following AV project. There are 2 Lots available, and each Lot will be assessed individually: Lot 1 - Merz Super Cluster - creation of large cluster space with divisible wall to allow space to be used as two separate areas or as one large space. Lot 2 - Upgrade of 3 Library Clusters, 2 Existing Meeting Rooms and 2 group study spaces. Upgrades include new digital switching, input equipment and displays. We appreciate this is a quick turnaround tender, but the timescales are out of our control and cannot be amended. This opportunity is only being made available to the suppliers appointed to the "Audio Visual Supply and System Design, Integration and Maintenance" (Lot 2) framework who have confirmed they will tender for work at Newcastle University. The terms and conditions of this framework agreement shall apply to any award made from this procurement process.
