Tender description
Provision of an Integrated domestic abuse and Sexual crime service on the Isle of Wight. The term of the contract is from 1.10.2018 until 31.3.2021 with the option to extend for up to a further 2 years at the sole discretion of the Authority. The aim of the service is to bring together all existing Domestic abuse components in line with Office police crime commissioner (OPCC) requirements. This will also provide an opportunity to add and enhance existing provision with the addition of a perpetrator programme. The Authority looked for a provider who could deliver an integrated service model that aims to improve a range of domestic violence outcomes by providing easy access to services at the right place at the right time and through an open access policy. It is expected that the integrated service will utilise the potential to work across a number of stakeholders, settings and organisations to improve efficiency, reduce duplication for both the service and the service users alike and maximise local assets.
