Process: Light-touch regime open procurement process - Wirral University Teaching Hospital (WUTH) invite independent Providers to tender ( for the 2-year contract (with an option to extend 12 plus 12 months) to run a 30-bedded Step-down Unit on the Clatterbridge site for clinically optimised patients who no longer require care in an acute setting but require an extended stay due to either further assessment or low level medical/nursing intervention before they can be discharged to their own home or other community setting The Provider will be expected to work in partnership with the Wirral Health and Social Care economy.
