Summary of the work To have in place the means to provide additional support and services for the ICT Department. Latest start date Monday 3 September 2018 Budget Range Over the term agreed: £200,000 Why the Work is Being Done The purpose is to have in place the means to provide additional support and services for the ICT Department. The process will be based on a call off arrangement against a need / requirement – as and when required. Further details are included or can be obtained from Procurement Department at Camden and Islington NHS Foundation Trust. Problem to Be Solved The support and services for ICT will cover all existing services and functions namely:-  Information Management • Information Applications – support & development (centralisation) • Business Intelligence • Information Analysts • Information Governance • Data Warehouse • Information Governance  Information Technology • Infrastructure – Data Centre, Unified Communications • IT Service Management – Service Desk, Service Support  Programme & Project Management • ICT project management Who Are the Users To deliver the service support for the ICT Department Existing Team The successful bidder will be working with the ITC Team as it exists at the Trust.
