Tender description
Homes England is seeking to appoint a competent Supplier for road maintenance works at Priestley Drive, Tattenhoe Park, Milton Keynes in preparation for future development of the site. Tattenhoe Park falls within the Western Flank of Milton Keynes and will comprise approximately 1,330 homes once complete in 2025. Homes England has invested significantly in the infrastructure across the site. To facilitate the sale of plots to developers, Homes England is aiming to get Priestley Drive, a road which intersects the site, adopted by the local Highway Authority. There are a number of remedial works required to get Priestley Drive up to an adoptable standard as agreed by the local Highways Authority. Works include resurfacing; line marking; and relocation of an existing bus stop. Keywords: Resurfacing, Line Marking
