Tender description

This was a further competition procedure under the dynamic purchasing system “Dynamic Provider List – Home Based Care and Support Service”, project reference DN176188. The Council sought a number of “Additional Providers" for each of 6 geographically based Lots in Nottinghamshire. A “Lead Provider" for the same 6 areas was also sought through a separate further competition under the same dynamic purchasing system. The Council will commission Home Based Care and Support Services for adults aged 18 and over who have been assessed for and are eligible for social care services. This includes adults who have assessed care and support needs associated with older age, sensory impairment, substance misuse and mental illness including dementia and will also cover joint funded care packages on behalf of the County Clinical Commissioning Groups.
