Tender description

The South East Supported Living service (the service) is an accommodation based service delivering a range of care and support activities to people with learning disabilities and autism spectrum conditions and those who may also have physical disabilities, health conditions, mental health conditions and/or high levels of physical care needs. Those living at the service will be adults assessed as eligible for Social Care under the Care Act 2014. This is a call off mini-competition from the Hampshire accommodation development and support options model open framework (HADSOM) open framework. This service is for the delivery of a range of care and support activities to people with learning disabilities and autism spectrum conditions and those who may also have physical disabilities, health conditions, mental health conditions and/or high levels of physical care needs. There are currently 8 properties within this cluster in Fareham, Hayling Island and Havant. The service is currently delivering Support hours up to 1 660 waking hours / 42 sleep in’s per week comprising the following: 628 day core hours, 834,50 1:1 hours, 189 waking night hours (3 properties with waking nights), 6 properties with sleep in’s (42 sleep in’s per week). The Total Contract Value (including potential extension periods) will be 13 118 647,22 GBP.
