Tender description

Procurement of a «Lead Provider» of home based care and support Services for each of 6 geographical areas of Nottinghamshire. Lead Providers will deliver the majority of Nottinghamshire County Council commissioned individual care and support packages to service users living in their own homes in the community and to designated residents of any extra care housing schemes within the area. Due to the inclusion of personal care tasks, lead providers are required to be appropriately registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC). Lead Provider of home based care and support services in Broxtowe area. Lead Provider of home based care and support services in Gedling area, including services at the St Andrews House extra care housing scheme in Mapperley. Lead Provider of home based care and support services in the Mansfield and Ashfield areas, including services in Darlison Court, Hucknall and Poppy Fields, Mansfield extra care housing schemes. Lead Provider of home based care and support services in the Newark and Sherwood area, including services in Bilsthorpe Bungalows, Bilsthorpe, Moorfield Court, Southwell and Vale View and Gladstone House in Newark, extra care housing schemes.
