Tender description

Walsall Council Children's Services is looking to appoint a suitably qualified provider to deliver an accredited Independent Domestic Violence Advocacy (IDVA) service to men and women in Walsall aged over 16 who have been victims of domestic violence and abuse. The Service should also include a children and young persons advocacy service which is based on the principle that children should be treated as individuals within the family, and offering children their own dedicated support service to intervene early, to offset future problems and build the family resilience. The overarching objective of the service is to reduce the risk level and increase the safety of victims of domestic violence and abuse identified as at high risk of serious harm or homicide.
