Grounds maintenance services

Tender description

The contract covers all areas of landscape management works, the works will comprise but is not limited to:- — grass maintenance — hard surface management keeping weeds within the agreed limit. — moss treatment — shrub and hedge maintenance — low level tree maintenance — removal of leaves and other detritious including litter from the hard surfaces and beds — weeding of beds — seasonal pruning of plants and all associated works to, and around the areas identified and agreed. Ground Maintenance and Landscaping services to be provided in the North region as set out in the Tender documentation. Ground Maintenance and Landscaping services to be provided in the East region as set out in the Tender documentation. Ground Maintenance and Landscaping services to be provided in the South region as set out in the Tender documentation.
