Tender description

The Havebury Housing Partnership are seeking an experienced professional organisation to deliver grounds maintenance and site cleansing within its operational area (50-mile radius of Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk), which will include but is not restricted to the following inspection, planning and programming of services for: — grass maintenance, — shrub bed and hedge maintenance, — site cleansing including sweeping and litter picking, removal of graffiti and fly-tipping, — garage/house clearance all as additional works as and when instructed, — providing an out of hour's emergency call out service.
