Tender description

LBH manages in excess of 16,500 homes throughout the borough, this includes both General Rented properties and Sheltered Schemes. LBH objectives for these contract arrangements is that all services are competently carried out and compliant with appropriate codes and standards which in turn will provide a safe environment for residents and will fulfil their Landlords statutory obligations. To deliver the level of service required, the successful Consultant / Contractor will be expected to provide a comprehensive reporting system to evidence that all aspects of service is carried out correctly and in accordance with the contract requirements. Full details are provided within this document. The contract will cover Fire Safety Services inclusive but not limited to fire risk assessments.
