Tender description

This tender is for two lots, lot one represents PPE (gloves, aprons, oversleeves, overshoes, laundry sacks) and lot 2 is for work wear (tunics, tabards, fleece, trousers) etc. HC21 aim is to select a supplier for 3 years with the possibility of a 12 months contract extension. Suppliers must be able to provide an online ordering portal and ensure suitable controls are in place to control spend and products ordered. HC21 requires a supplier to supply nitrile gloves, latex gloves, vinly poweder gloves, vinyle powerfree gloves, oversleeves, aprons, laundry sacks, overshoes. The contract term is 3 years with the possibility of a 12 months extension. HC21 requires bidders to meet the specification requirements detailed in the tender and tenderers must take part in an e-auction. HC21 require a supplier to supply (throughout England) work wear products such as tunics, tabards, trousers, fleece, polo shirt etc. The contract duration is 3 years with the possibility of a 12 months extension. All products except trousers require an embroidered HC21 logo. It is essential that suppliers can provide an online portal and take part in an e-auction, the expectation is to award the contract during June, but the contract will not commence until 1.11.2018 to allow for mobilisation of products.
