Tender description

The provision of a high quality falls prevention exercise service in Derbyshire will meet the following requirements: • Coordinate and support approximately 140 existing groups to a high standard • Promote SNF service amongst partners and with target population groups across Derbyshire (excluding Derby City). • Increase capacity of the SNF service by recruiting and training instructors in areas of greatest need and where inequality of access remains prevalent • Monitor the uptake and outcomes of the SNF service in accordance with the tender specification Keywords: Prevention, Falls
