Tender description

Torbay Pharmaceuticals wishes to establish a multi-provider Framework Agreement for the provision of Chemistry laboratory services. Torbay Pharmaceuticals is managing this procurement in line with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015. Torbay Pharmaceuticals are seeking a minimum of three providers for this framework and a maximum of five. This is a services Framework Agreement being procured under the open procedure. Torbay Pharmaceuticals is procuring the Framework Agreement as a central purchasing body for itself only.
