Tender description

Northampton partnership homes (NPH) invited tenders for a new build contractor framework to deliver new build housing and commercial property. The Framework is for a period of 4 years and is divided in to 3 lots. The aim of the Framework is to deliver a minimum of 100 new build residential units a year, plus a small number of commercial properties to meet the need of individual schemes. The Framework is divided in to the following lots: — Lot 1: schemes of 1 to 3 units, — Lot 2: schemes of 4 to 10 units, — Lot 3: schemes of 11 units or more. Construction of new build housing — schemes of 1 to 3 units. Construction of new build housing — schemes of 4 to 10 units. Construction of new build housing — schemes of 11+ units.
