Lancashire County Council is seeking to establish a multi-lotted Framework Agreement for Design and consultancy services. There will be 8 Lots including: Architect led teams packages x2, M&E Engineering, Structural engineering, CDM Principal designer, Quantity surveying, Landscape architecture, and Building surveying. Lancashire County Council are seeking to establish a multi-lotted Framework Agreement for Design and consultancy services. — Lot 1: Architect led teams (full teams) to provide coordinated multidisciplinary design and contract administration. Lot 1 is for packages 1 000 000 GBP and under. Lancashire County Council intends to appoint four suppliers to Lot 1. Lancashire County Council are seeking to establish a multi-lotted Framework Agreement for Design and consultancy services. — Lot 2: Architect led teams (full teams) to provide coordinated multidisciplinary design and contract administration. Lot 2 is for packages over 1 000 000 GBP. Lancashire County Council intends to appoint four suppliers to Lot 2.
