PLEASE NOTE THIS TENDER HAS BEEN CANCELLED - The University of Sheffield Urban Flows Observatory, led by the Departments of Civil and Structural Engineering and Automatic Control and Systems Engineering, is looking to create an integrated mobile sensing platform mounted on a vehicle that captures high resolution thermal imagery while in motion to characterize building facades and calculate its thermal performance. For this purpose, four identical area scan thermal cameras will be required. Tender Process and Documentation: This is a non-OJEU Open exercise.
